Olga Anacka
Olga Anacka is a multidisciplinary visual artist working across installation, sculpture and participatory practice. Her work investigates the intersections of personal experience, social histories and the natural environment. Recent projects, ‘Patching Femininity’ (2024) and ‘BeautyMyths’ (2025), established a distinct shift towards ecofeminist, site-responsive installations with sound. Anacka graduated with an MA in Art Education and Sculpture from the University of the Arts in Poznań, Poland, in 2004. Her practice has been supported by the Arts Council of Ireland, VISUAL Carlow, Polish Arts Festival, and local County Councils. Her residencies include BLAST, Cill Rialaig, Riverbank Arts Centre, Leitrim Sculpture Centre, and Tyrone Guthrie Centre. In 2026, she was awarded a Culture and Health Platform project.
