Anne-Marie Farrell
Anne-Marie Farrell is an Irish Illustrator who studied Visual Communications, graduating in 2002. Her work is figurative in style and focuses primarily on people, expressions and emotions. She illustrates traditionally, using coloured pencils, crayons and conté.
Since November 2023 her work has been a response to the horrors pouring out of Gaza. What began as a single portrait of Motaz Azaiza has become a body of over 150 illustrations, aiming to amplify the voices and stories of Palestinians and to stand in solidarity with them.
