Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Returns (UK Customers)

If you are located in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving any reason.

Returns (Rest of World)

If you are located outside the EU or UK, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery at our discretion, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning any item.

How to exercise your right

To initiate a return or cancellation, please contact us at hello@fiercenice.com, or use the "Right of Withdrawal" link in our website footer. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any customs duties or import fees incurred on the return journey. For items valued over €50.00, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Please note:

For international returns, items must be clearly marked as "Returned Goods" on any customs declaration to avoid additional import charges. We reserve the right to deduct any unexpected customs fees from your refund if items are not correctly declared.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that international bank transfer fees or currency conversion costs are outside our control and may affect the amount you receive.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal (or equivalent return rights) does not apply to:

Artworks that were custom made or personalised to your specification.
Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
