Shipping & Returns
We offer international shipping to most countries and territories. Prints ship internationally for a flat rate of €7.99. Shipping rates for original artworks and other items vary depending on size, weight and delivery location. The exact cost of shipping to your location will be calculated and quoted at checkout.
Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery within Ireland and the UK, 4-15 business days for other European orders, and up to 28 business days for any orders outside the EU. Dispatch confirmation with tracking will be provided by email.
Custom and import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place an order with us.
Yes, this is completely normal. For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages, as not all product types ship from the same location. Rest assured that the remainder of your order is on its way.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of your original payment (minus return shipping costs). A more detailed overview of our returns policy and process is available here.
A Giclée print - sometimes also referred to as an archival pigment print - is a museum-quality digital reproduction of an original artwork. To ensure perfect colour accuracy and depth of detail, our Giclée prints are made using a professional-grade, ultra-high-resolution inkjet machine (an Epson Sure Color P9000).
We use Epson UltraChrome HDX archival inks and the very finest acid-free substrates, so you can count on your print lasting for at least 80 years. If your print is framed and hung in a location with minimal direct sunlight, it will last even longer (up to 200 years).
A limited edition print is a print that will only be made a set number of times. Once an edition is sold out, no more prints of the artwork will be produced. Ever.
An open edition print is the precise opposite of a limited edition print. It is produced and sold indefinitely, rather than being limited to a set edition number.
Our limited edition prints are presented with a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) which bears the edition number, the artist's signature and a unique holographic security stamp. This document is proof that your print is a) a genuine, artist-approved piece, and b) part of a strictly monitored limited edition.
No, you can checkout as a guest if you prefer. All you'll need to provide is your contact and shipping information.
While creating an account is not required to place an order with us, we do highly recommend it. With an account, you'll be able to access your complete order history and save payment and shipping address information, which makes placing further orders with us much quicker and easier.
